A collision led to Jamaica getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Javan Develder hit a great ball. In the 15th match minute, Jamaica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Finlay Stair to maneuver through the defense. Radomil Tarasek was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 17 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute, one of BUITRES II:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for BUITRES II. The referee gave Jamaica a penalty, 19 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Finlay Stair, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of BUITRES II's Paul Bogrea. 0-1. In the 26th minute Finlay Stair shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paul Bogrea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute Karlus Waugh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paul Bogrea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. BUITRES II's Paul Bogrea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karlus Waugh in the 36th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Barry Edmonds got free with Demonde Jacobson in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Finlay Stair received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Paul Bogrea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Karlus Waugh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Barry Edmonds made a kick off. Paul Bogrea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jarell Hill in the 62nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barry Edmonds in the 63rd minute of play forced Jamaica's goalkeeper Demonde Jacobson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes into the game, Cyrus Burgess was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BUITRES II's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jamaica the free kick. Finlay Stair fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paul Bogrea having to interfere. When Norbert Myers fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BUITRES II's protests and gave Norbert Myers a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to BUITRES II getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Norbert Myers hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karlus Waugh in the 77th minute of play forced BUITRES II's goalkeeper Paul Bogrea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barry Edmonds might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Demonde Jacobson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Barry Edmonds ran back to his position shaking his head. After 87 played minutes BUITRES II got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Fields. Paul Bogrea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Finlay Stair in the 87th minute of the match. When Barry Edmonds came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the BUITRES II fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Barry Edmonds couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle sounded Jamaica left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than BUITRES II.
