Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Çakır Baycan kicked off to start the match. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Montenegro in the 6th minute of play forced Predators's goalkeeper Semir Jakubović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Çakır Baycan took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Çakır Baycan in the 11th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Predators's Semir Jakubović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 14th minute of play. After 23 played minutes Predators got a freekick which was hit by Zbyszko Glembin. After a rather tough play, Predators's Buğra Tuğlu got a free kick in the 26th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Semir Jakubović breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Cyryl Bojanowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Predators's Semir Jakubović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 31st minute of play. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Semir Jakubović in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The Ecuador fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Ecuador's Cristian Sancho looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 44th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Sancho to maneuver through the defense. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Çakır Baycan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 60 minutes into the match, Agustín Saelices dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Semir Jakubović, 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 63rd minute of play forced Predators's goalkeeper Semir Jakubović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With 65 minutes on the clock, Antonio Arias commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ecuador fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 64th minute. Penalty! Julio Vera had in the 66thth minute some difficulties stopping Gylippus Nikolakakos's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 71st minute Cyryl Bojanowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute Predators were awarded a corner. Gylippus Nikolakakos went to the cornerflag to take it. 73 minutes into the match, Çakır Baycan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Çakır Baycan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Semir Jakubović made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 75th minute of play. Daniel Zorita hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Predators's Gylippus Nikolakakos couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 77th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ecuador. A collision led to Predators getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Buğra Tuğlu hit a great ball. Felix Montenegro kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. If Çakır Baycan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcel Freitas in the 98th minute of play. Ecuador were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Predators to leave the ground with a draw.
