Kurt Ståhlberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Bruno Barrett made a huge save. With his leg Bruno Barrett managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when Team Rocco's Christian Palm fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 12th minute Thomas Åman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Curacao's Bruno Barrett proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Curacao from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stanley Wallace during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Team Rocco booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stanley Wallace didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Åman, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Oskar Biörling hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Curacao's Bruno Barrett got control of the ball when Kurt Ståhlberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Oskar Biörling kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After having played for 23 minutes, Kyle Davies managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Curacao's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kyle Davies was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Åman in the 27th minute of the match. Oskar Biörling recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Christian Palm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexander Skytt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bruno Barrett having to make a save. In the 33rd minute Thomas Åman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kyle Davies struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Anders Bergman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Curacao. Christian Palm who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 38thth minute tested the skills of Bruno Barrett when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Stanley Wallace fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anders Bergman having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Curacao fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 46th minute. Penalty! In the 47th minute there was a penalty for Team Rocco. Thomas Åman stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bruno Barrett. 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Thomas Åman made a kick off. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kurt Ståhlberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55th minute, Alexander Skytt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruno Barrett was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Palm in the 61st minute of play. A collision led to Curacao getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Stanley Wallace hit a great ball. In the 67thth minute of the game Thomas Åman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Curacao's Bruno Barrett was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Curacao's Rocco Owen got a free kick in the 67th minute. Thomas Åman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Bruno Barrett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Alexander Skytt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 72 minutes, Alexander Skytt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Team Rocco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexander Skytt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Skytt in the 74th minute of play. Thomas Åman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oskar Biörling blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bruno Barrett having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Curacao's zone, Kurt Ståhlberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal and Kurt Ståhlberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Curacao getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Kyle Davies hit a great ball. Thomas Åman scored 3-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Barrett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Team Rocco's Ola Glad got a free kick in the 89th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Stanley Wallace managed to get in a good position for a shot. Curacao's supporters rose to their feet, but Stanley Wallace was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anders Bergman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Thomas Åman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
