Giorgi Mamardashvili showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lou Harnack, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. After 17 minutes, Boubacar Otabo made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. B68 Toftir's Giorgi Mamardashvili tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Remo Borges made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Šeško in the 20th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Boubacar Otabo got free with Giorgi Mamardashvili in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lou Harnack kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 38 minutes into the game, when Fridolin Klimke put in a rough tackle. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Lou Harnack hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Lou Harnack sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Lou Harnack came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the VfL Bad Nenndorf fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lou Harnack couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Dimitri Faber managed to get in a good position for a shot. B68 Toftir's supporters rose to their feet, but Dimitri Faber was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remo Borges breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lou Harnack in the 92nd minute of play forced B68 Toftir's goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute VfL Bad Nenndorf were awarded a corner. Bastian Jork went to the cornerflag to take it. After 95 minutes, Lou Harnack made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. B68 Toftir's Giorgi Mamardashvili tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.

VfL Bad Nenndorf's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
