With a couple of smart ball manuevers Soyuncu Entero in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Samuel Demicoli saved Templars FC from getting behind. Samuel Demicoli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Soyuncu Carron in the 7th minute of the match. Patricio Toribia made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Austin Gatt sent off a good shot on target. Šale Caro hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. 19 minutes into the match, POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Phoenix came free, but Patricio Toribia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Samuel Demicoli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Soyuncu Entero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patricio Toribia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquin Phoenix, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Šale Caro in the 40th minute of play forced Templars FC's goalkeeper Samuel Demicoli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mauro Arias lost his temper 43 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 42 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol! All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Austin Gatt to make the kick off. Soyuncu Entero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Samuel Demicoli having to make a save. Soyuncu Entero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Samuel Demicoli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. A collision led to POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Joaquin Vada hit a great ball. Patricio Toribia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Austin Gatt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Templars FC's Samuel Demicoli got control of the ball when Soyuncu Entero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Samuel Demicoli had great luck who in the 65thth minute grab hold of the ball when Šale Caro from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Templars FC's zone, Soyuncu Entero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Samuel Demicoli came out of the goal and Soyuncu Entero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Templars FC's Gabriel Lentini was substituted for Steve DeGaetano. Godofredo Laiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol made a substitution. Ðura Nada replaced Pegoraro La Penna. Patricio Toribia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquin Phoenix, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Patricio Toribia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquin Phoenix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patricio Toribia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joaquin Phoenix went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 85thth minute of the game Raymond Axiaq who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's Patricio Toribia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lawrence Gonzi took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Patricio Toribia. Patricio Toribia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Patricio Toribia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquin Phoenix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

There was no doubt that Templars FC were the better team. Templars FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
