After 6 played minutes Snorlax FC got a freekick which was hit by Selmo Rast. 7 minutes into the match, Snorlax FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Matos came free, but Elizalde Aguayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dionisio Ondino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Nicoletti, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Pastor Sagrario charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pastor Sagrario the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Elite Azulgrana getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Pastor Sagrario hit a great ball. Elizalde Aguayo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Ignacio Mercier in the 25th minute of the match. Juan Ignacio Mercier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Elizalde Aguayo made a huge save. Snorlax FC's Elizalde Aguayo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Snorlax FC from getting a goal against them. Elite Azulgrana's Dionisio Ondino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Nicoletti in the 32nd minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Isaias Baldovino dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Elizalde Aguayo, 1-0. Snorlax FC's Elizalde Aguayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pastor Sagrario in the 39th minute of play. A collision led to Elite Azulgrana getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Aureliano Loramendi hit a great ball. In the 48th minute Tito Villalba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elizalde Aguayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Mauro Matos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elizalde Aguayo having to interfere. In the 57th minute, Pastor Sagrario ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elizalde Aguayo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After a rather tough play, Snorlax FC's Stefano Almarza got a free kick in the 61st minute. Elite Azulgrana's Isaias Baldovino suffered a sore thigh after 62 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Elite Azulgrana's Ubaldo Erruki was substituted for Isaias Baldovino. Leonides Mas hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. When Elite Azulgrana's Aureliano Loramendi in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Snorlax FC's goalie prevented a goal. Mauro Matos took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elizalde Aguayo. Elizalde Aguayo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aureliano Loramendi in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elizalde Aguayo saved Snorlax FC from getting behind. A collision led to Elite Azulgrana getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Vinicio Luzaide hit a great ball. Vinicio Luzaide kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Snorlax FC's Elizalde Aguayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Matos in the 96th minute of play.

For all the effort they put into the match, the Snorlax FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Elite Azulgrana.
