The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Yazid Danton to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 132nd minute, Lyon 69ers's Yazid Danton dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. The Lyon 69ers players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
