In the 22nd minute, Ali Faruk Hasanoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zeledon Guillem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Altan Toygun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute Modesto Ranolfo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Burak Çimen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Modesto Ranolfo was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of KOCAELİSPOR booed when Masters United F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicasio Elizardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Masters United F.C.'s zone, Sümer Ruşen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zeledon Guillem came out of the goal and Sümer Ruşen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Ranolfo in the 59th minute of play forced KOCAELİSPOR's goalkeeper Arif Burak Çimen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
