Spectators: 594 (Terracing: 447, Seating: 136, VIP seats: 11) Claretiano FC's Selatse Inguanzo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Figueroa Aviñante scored 1-0 in the 2nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mantzio Porlier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Xandro Alamon charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xandro Alamon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th match minute, Roneros F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xandro Alamon to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vincent Ibaute in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Asensio Berzosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Asensio Berzosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Selatse Inguanzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Xandro Alamon was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 10 minutes had been played. When Claretiano FC's Constantino Talaga in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Roneros F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Gonzalo Barja hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. A collision led to Roneros F.C. getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Hernando Vilaprenyo hit a great ball. In the 25th minute Constantino Talaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asensio Berzosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 26 minutes, Mauricio Ureta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Roneros F.C. and the Claretiano FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mauricio Ureta kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. The supporters of Roneros F.C. booed when Claretiano FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Confesor Hebia didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Selatse Inguanzo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Asensio Berzosa was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. In the 42nd match minute, Roneros F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauricio Ureta to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Lombillo in the 48th minute of play forced Claretiano FC's goalkeeper Mantzio Porlier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alberto Lombillo was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Lombillo in the 51st minute of play forced Claretiano FC's goalkeeper Mantzio Porlier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Mauricio Ureta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Roneros F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Mauricio Ureta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mantzio Porlier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mantzio Porlier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Lombillo in the 70th minute of play. After 73 minutes, Héctor Gainzarain mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Roneros F.C. and the Claretiano FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Héctor Gainzarain hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Roneros F.C.'s Rodriguez Iribarria was substituted for Figueroa Aviñante. Roneros F.C. made a substitution. Walter Luzuriaga replaced Alberto Lombillo. Roneros F.C. made a substitution. René Emperanza replaced Agustin Barea. Héctor Gainzarain kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Asensio Berzosa acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 76th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Vincent Ibaute. Mantzio Porlier came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Roneros F.C.'s Walter Luzuriaga. But to his dismay, Walter Luzuriaga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Mantzio Porlier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walter Luzuriaga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantino Talaga in the 83rd minute of play forced Roneros F.C.'s goalkeeper Asensio Berzosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernando Vilaprenyo in the 88th minute of play forced Claretiano FC's goalkeeper Mantzio Porlier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mantzio Porlier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walter Luzuriaga, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Mantzio Porlier came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Roneros F.C.'s Walter Luzuriaga. But to his dismay, Walter Luzuriaga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0.

The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Roneros F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Claretiano FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
