Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the game, Ivar Sjödin lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Bruno Barrett. When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Ivar Sjödin sped through Curacao's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Samba Fotboll U21's Ivar Sjödin. But to his dismay, Ivar Sjödin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Ivar Sjödin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. Curacao's Bruno Barrett proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Curacao from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Samba Fotboll U21 booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Troy Kennedy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jörgen Pihl could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Bruno Barrett made a huge save. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivar Sjödin in the 29th minute of play. When Ivar Sjödin came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Samba Fotboll U21 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivar Sjödin couldn't finish the play. Ivar Sjödin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Bruno Barrett made a huge save. Curacao's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Jörgen Pihl scored to the left of an out of position Bruno Barrett, making the score, 4-0. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivar Sjödin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jörgen Pihl came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Samba Fotboll U21 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jörgen Pihl couldn't finish the play. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivar Sjödin in the 46th minute of play. Jörgen Pihl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Bruno Barrett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jörgen Pihl to make the kick off. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivar Sjödin, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 58th match minute, Curacao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Troy Kennedy to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute Jörgen Pihl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivar Sjödin in the 60th minute of play. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Uno Åberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute Jörgen Pihl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Curacao's zone, Jörgen Pihl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal and Jörgen Pihl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ivar Sjödin in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Barrett saved Curacao from getting behind. Ivar Sjödin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. If Ivar Sjödin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivar Sjödin, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After a rather tough play, Curacao's Troy Kennedy got a free kick in the 80th minute. Ivar Sjödin took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ivar Sjödin in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Barrett saved Curacao from getting behind. In the 93rd minute, Aron Wennersten got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivar Sjödin in the 96th minute of play. A collision led to Curacao getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Stanley Wallace hit a great ball.
