Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Chelsicha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciro Elija didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ciro Elija might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ciro Elija ran back to his position shaking his head. 11 minutes into the match, Ciro Elija had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ciro Elija was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Chelsicha's Ciro Elija. But to his dismay, Ciro Elija quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, João Paulo de Carvalho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chelsicha's supporters rose to their feet, but João Paulo de Carvalho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 22 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Elija came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciro Elija blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciro Elija got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 32nd play minutes Ciro Elija shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Jonathan Ferrant and just under the crossbar into goal. 38 minutes into the game, Jean Carl Mintoff threw the ball into play from the sideline. Venezuela's Patricio Costa quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Chelsicha's João Paulo de Carvalho got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ciro Elija stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Ciro Elija's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ciro Elija in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. The supporters of Chelsicha booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ciro Elija had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Chelsicha's Bebeto Maia was substituted for Vânderson Cafuringa. Ciro Elija blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Elija in the 66th minute of the match. Ciro Elija sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Elija, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. A collision led to Chelsicha getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Jean Carl Mintoff hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alex Chicote during the 75th minute. After 78 played minutes, Chelsicha's Victor Velloso shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chelsicha reached it. A collision led to Chelsicha getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. João Paulo de Carvalho hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Elija, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Chelsicha's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
