Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Evert Ahlrot made the kick off which started today's match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Evert Ahlrot in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Day prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alex Lundkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 10th minute of the match. Alex Lundkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 12th minute of play. Marco Day didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Evert Ahlrot went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Evert Ahlrot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frans Valrot in the 22nd minute of play. After some careless play in the USA defense, Frans Valrot kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marco Day. The USA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marco Day should have stopped the shot. Alex Lundkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Mcdonald, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evert Ahlrot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Marco Day made a huge save. Alex Lundkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. The supporters of Meadow Village booed when USA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Brown didn't get a good kick on the ball. Evert Ahlrot came free with the goalkeeper in the 43rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Marco Day could save by the left post. A nice corner shot did that Jarbas Sabóia got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marco Day quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Cassius Byrne made the kick off in the second half. Jarbas Sabóia kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by Meadow Village's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cassius Byrne was slow to take the kick. During this time USA's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Zach Harrison heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The Meadow Village fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Meadow Village's Frans Valrot looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Alex Lundkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Alex Lundkvist successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Monty Rogers might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alex Lundkvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Monty Rogers ran back to his position shaking his head. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. In the 72nd minute Frans Valrot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frans Valrot in the 78th minute of play. Jarbas Sabóia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. Meadow Village made a substitution. Kurt Almqvist replaced Frans Valrot. In the 86th minute, Evert Ahlrot ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marco Day was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. When USA's Sam Campbell in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Meadow Village's goalie prevented a goal. In the 95th minute, Kurt Almqvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Meadow Village fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Meadow Village had won after a very even match.
