Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 2nd minute Martial Jay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC LIVERPOOL were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Mexico's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Diogo Godin took the corner. Phil Porter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Bektaş Ali Toper tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 25 minutes, Alberto Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Tafalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Joel Gaona came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Gaona couldn't finish the play. Luca Zorita scored 0-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Phil Porter, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Joel Gaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Batuhan Yılmaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Batuhan Yılmaz in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. Batuhan Yılmaz hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Joel Gaona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The wind increased when Joel Gaona made the kick off in the second half. Mladen Isakov charged in rather forcefully in the 50th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Phil Porter in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FC LIVERPOOL's Phil Porter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save FC LIVERPOOL from getting a goal against them. In the 66th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. FC LIVERPOOL's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bektaş Ali Toper received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Ashley Wiseman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 90 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Batuhan Yılmaz came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mexico's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
