Zbigniew Zatorski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ferit Boğatekin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's Rahmad Lunggana nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Davut Altınpınar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 21 minutes into the game, Zbigniew Zatorski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ferit Boğatekin. Zbigniew Zatorski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. 26 minutes into the game, Zbigniew Zatorski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Ferit Boğatekin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sean Dekker kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Zbigniew Zatorski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 47th minute, Fábio Koehler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ- made a substitution. Tony Thanos replaced Mauro Quirino. A collision led to AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Fábio Koehler hit a great ball. In the 49th minute, Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s Tony Thanos dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The wind increased when Rahmad Lunggana made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Tony Thanos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ferit Boğatekin was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. The corner ended in Dobromir Malewicki almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's Ferit Boğatekin did a great save. Ferit Boğatekin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simo Mihklisaar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute Simo Mihklisaar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferit Boğatekin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th minute, Rahmad Lunggana reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Davut Altınpınar. The goal made the score 4-2. The throw-in from Sílvio Luiz Vieira in the 72nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's Ponciano Olea. Ferit Boğatekin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tony Thanos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute, Ponciano Olea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ made a substitution. Vivaldo Fantini replaced Gilmar Maranhense. After having played for 88 minutes, Simo Mihklisaar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Simo Mihklisaar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ booed when Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sílvio Luiz Vieira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gu Guang Cheng could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Davut Altınpınar made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gu Guang Cheng got free with Davut Altınpınar in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
