Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) ADM Taquaras's Oliver Bierhoff started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. BANDOLEIROS osasco's Karl Pilgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Bierhoff in the 4th minute of play. 4 minutes into the game, ADM Taquaras's Oliver Bierhoff nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Karl Pilgren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 7th minute, one of BANDOLEIROS osasco:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for BANDOLEIROS osasco. Billy Sandström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Bierhoff in the 12th minute of play forced BANDOLEIROS osasco's goalkeeper Karl Pilgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, ADM Taquaras's goal looked a bit too open when Billy Sandström came free, but Jeremias Moreno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute Oliver Bierhoff shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Pilgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21stth minute of the game Billy Sandström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ADM Taquaras's Jeremias Moreno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. BANDOLEIROS osasco were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after ADM Taquaras's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ziemowit Haskiewicz took the corner. The corner led BANDOLEIROS osasco's Elivélton da Costa to a score. 2-1 in the 23rd minute. Karl Pilgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Bierhoff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 30 minutes of play, BANDOLEIROS osasco's Yusuf Ziya Altınkaya made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jeremias Moreno was left in no man's land by his defense there! Beto Toledo kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Karl Pilgren was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Áron Bódog. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Peter Paul Crouch made a kick off. In the 59th minute Peter Paul Crouch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karl Pilgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denílson Tepedino in the 63rd minute of play. BANDOLEIROS osasco made a substitution. Cícero Arce replaced Beto Toledo. BANDOLEIROS osasco's José Augusto Nóbrega was substituted for Ziemowit Haskiewicz. 68 minutes into the match, BANDOLEIROS osasco's goal looked a bit too open when Áron Bódog came free, but Karl Pilgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karl Pilgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denílson Tepedino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Yusuf Ziya Altınkaya in the 83rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by ADM Taquaras's Miki Moco. After a rather tough play, ADM Taquaras's Herberto Ribas got a free kick in the 85th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Denílson Tepedino notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of BANDOLEIROS osasco's Karl Pilgren. Karl Pilgren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 97th match minute, BANDOLEIROS osasco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cícero Arce to maneuver through the defense. Áron Bódog sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. ADM Taquaras were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
