Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tomas Berganza made the kick off which started today's match. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonas Vera helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Panama booed when Lunar Park was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Vera didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute, Tomas Berganza made a precise shot to the right of Calvin Miel. In the 31st minute, Isidoro Sarmiento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pierre-Loup Guérinet to strike the kick off in the second half. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Calvin Miel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lunar Park's goalkeeper Calvin Miel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Estefania Rasgado came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Estefania Rasgado couldn't finish the play. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pierre-Loup Guérinet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the match, Isidoro Sarmiento dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Calvin Miel, 0-8. Calvin Miel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. A collision led to Lunar Park getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Gilbert Labrousse hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded Panama left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Lunar Park.
