Abram Sarmiento started the match with the kick off. ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s Giorgian De Arrascaeta managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Joshua Garrido in the 3 minute of the game. Arthur Guedes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 16 minutes into the match, Abram Sarmiento had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kepa Arrizabalaga. ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abram Sarmiento was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 20th minute of play forced ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Montenegro in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kepa Arrizabalaga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 24 minutes into the match, Axel Montenegro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kepa Arrizabalaga. ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Axel Montenegro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 29th match minute, ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giorgian De Arrascaeta to maneuver through the defense. Osvaldinho de Sennas short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Pedro Manzanares to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arthur Guedes in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joshua Garrido to maneuver through the defense. Pedro Manzanares made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Arthur Guedes sent off a good shot on target. Osvaldinho de Senna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. Kepa Arrizabalaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Mastache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Osvaldinho de Senna was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Giorgian De Arrascaeta hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arthur Guedes in the 53rd minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ging Root had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 54 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Ging Root came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 55 played minutes ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ got a freekick which was hit by Celso Valadares. Kevin Mastache recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ferhan Koçarslanoğlu made in the 60th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Colombia's Kevin Mastache. In the 63rd minute Osvaldinho de Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s Kepa Arrizabalaga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ from getting a goal against them. In the 70th minute, Abram Sarmiento fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Kepa Arrizabalaga, passed just outside the right post. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s Kepa Arrizabalaga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Mastache in the 73rd minute of play. Ging Root scored 2-2 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s Keno Dibra was substituted for Osvaldinho de Senna. Keno Dibra might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Manzanares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Keno Dibra ran back to his position shaking his head. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Keno Dibra in the 85th minute of play. ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s Kepa Arrizabalaga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ from getting a goal against them. Ignacio Mastache could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Kepa Arrizabalaga made a huge save. Arthur Guedes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
