A long shot from Ricardinho Rezende in the 4th minute of play was well struck, but Ricardo Zorita made a really good save at the right post. In the 7th match minute, El Salvador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Fernandino to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Regis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 9 minutes of play, Fabiofs's Daniel Regis made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Zorita was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ricardo Zorita made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Joãozinho Trints sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Regis got free with Ricardo Zorita in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luis Rubio's late challenge caught a Fabiofs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luis Rubio helped the player get up and apologised. The crowd rose to their feet as Cauan Batista kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ricardo Zorita. That made the score 2-0 in the 19 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Fabiofs's Marcinho Lopez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ricardo Zorita. That made the score 3-0 after 25 minutes of play. After having played for 28 minutes, Moises Fernandino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ricardo Zorita was a little too slow when Cauan Batista got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 5-0. After 40 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Mateo Leguizamo. In the 41st minute, Cauan Batista left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fabiofs fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joãozinho Trints in the 46th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Regis to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Daniel Regis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ricardo Zorita was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. After having played for 85 minutes, Joãozinho Trints managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ricardo Zorita stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joãozinho Trints's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Fabiofs fully deserved thier win.
