Norman Boyle hit a great ball. Walter Wylie made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Endre Oláh sent off a good shot on target. Tamás Juhász could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Walter Wylie made a huge save. Through an outstanding action, after 10 minutes, Walter Wylie successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 11th minute of the match Tiszaadony SE got a corner. St.Mirren's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Erik Ferenczy ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Róbert Vörös in the 13th minute of play forced St.Mirren's goalkeeper Walter Wylie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. St.Mirren's Walter Wylie proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save St.Mirren from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Tiszaadony SE booed when St.Mirren was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmond McInnes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tiszaadony SE's Erik Ferenczy shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 31st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Walter Wylie but with some difficulty. In the 41st minute, Tamás Juhász made a precise shot to the right of Walter Wylie. St.Mirren's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After some careless play in the St.Mirren defense, Tamás Juhász kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Walter Wylie. The St.Mirren fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Walter Wylie should have stopped the shot. After 48 minutes of play, Tiszaadony SE's Tamás Juhász made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Walter Wylie was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

In the 56th minute, Scott McMurdo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Tamás Juhász had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Róbert Vörös blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Walter Wylie having to make a save. Walter Wylie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Endre Oláh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edmond McInnes kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. When Tiszaadony SE's Tamás Juhász in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye St.Mirren's goalie prevented a goal. If Róbert Vörös had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Walter Wylie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihály Segesváry in the 73rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mihály Segesváry in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Walter Wylie saved St.Mirren from getting behind. After some careless play in the St.Mirren defense, Róbert Vörös kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Walter Wylie. The St.Mirren fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Walter Wylie should have stopped the shot. Walter Wylie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertold Balogh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Walter Wylie was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tamás Juhász's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Walter Wylie read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th match minute, St.Mirren was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matthew Wilkie to maneuver through the defense. Walter Wylie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tamás Juhász in the 91st minute of play. When Mihály Segesváry came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Tiszaadony SE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mihály Segesváry couldn't finish the play. Tiszaadony SE's Bálint Saághy was substituted for Sebastian Linquist. There was no doubt that Tiszaadony SE were the better team. Tiszaadony SE's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
