After a rather tough play, La Partuza FC's Lázaro Muc got a free kick in the 17th minute. Morgan French's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ernesto Oxarra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. La Partuza FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jacob Judd was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Titus Pickens was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Segundo Santiago capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Segundo Santiago really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. In the 67th match minute, La Partuza FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nereo Suarez to maneuver through the defense. If Ethan Person had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute, Teofilo Salvino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Partuza FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. In the 89th minute, Luis Neto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Luis Neto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched La Partuza FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
