A collision led to Güzelbahce getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Eralp Özdoru hit a great ball. If Estefan Cuadrado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Efekan Baydak fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Güzelbahce's protests and gave Efekan Baydak a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Güzelbahce fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 18th minute. Penalty! Estefan Cuadrado did an outstanding performance 21 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 0-2 to the right of an irritated Arif Bilge Demirbaş in the goal. 24 minutes into the match, Estefan Cuadrado notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Güzelbahce's Arif Bilge Demirbaş. Arif Bilge Demirbaş was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zadornin Idiaquez during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Estefan Cuadrado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Güzelbahce's Yiğit Can Taykoç got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zadornin Idiaquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arif Bilge Demirbaş having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Güzelbahce's zone, Zadornin Idiaquez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arif Bilge Demirbaş came out of the goal and Zadornin Idiaquez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 46 minutes into the match, Güzelbahce's goal looked a bit too open when Estefan Cuadrado came free, but Arif Bilge Demirbaş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Songurbey Bayazid got free with Costante Mendez in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The supporters of Güzelbahce booed when Derribos F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zadornin Idiaquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cenan Kayaalp in the 56th minute of play forced Derribos F.C.'s goalkeeper Costante Mendez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Galeno Valdés's late challenge caught a Güzelbahce's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Galeno Valdés helped the player get up and apologised. Galeno Valdés hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute, Yiğit Can Taykoç made a precise shot to the right of Costante Mendez. Derribos F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Derribos F.C.'s Estefan Cuadrado got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Estefan Cuadrado in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arif Bilge Demirbaş saved Güzelbahce from getting behind. Rosalio Teresa kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Karahan Burçak took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Costante Mendez. Derribos F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 77 minutes, Songurbey Bayazid mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Güzelbahce and the Derribos F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arif Bilge Demirbaş stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Estefan Cuadrado's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Rosalio Teresa hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Ali Asım Dilan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Costante Mendez having to interfere. Derribos F.C.'s Costante Mendez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yiğit Can Taykoç in the 90th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Derribos F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
