Orçun Hicran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Stiles, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Brad Bauer charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Brad Bauer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Gazera SK booed when Sport Club Corinthians was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brad Bauer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40thth minute of the game Darin Beam who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gazera SK's Orçun Hicran was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Orçun Hicran was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Darin Beam capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Darin Beam really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. Darin Beam who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Orçun Hicran when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Sport Club Corinthians's Hank Simon got a free kick in the 96th minute. The Sport Club Corinthians supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sport Club Corinthians would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
