The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 12 minutes into the match, Korkuteli's goalkeeper Ali Behzat Umur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Darin Beam. 17 minutes into the game, Burhanettin Bintuğ threw the ball into play from the sideline. Sport Club Corinthians's Troy Hutton quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Ali Behzat Umur was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Darin Beam capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Darin Beam really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Barış İlkin in the 22nd minute of play forced Sport Club Corinthians's goalkeeper Mel Avila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joe Baltazar hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After having played for 29 minutes, Mustafa Barış İlkin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Korkuteli's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mustafa Barış İlkin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee ignored Korkuteli's protests and gave Burhanettin Bintuğ a yellow card for diving instead. In the 37th minute, Burhanettin Bintuğ hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sport Club Corinthians's Mel Avila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mustafa Barış İlkin in the 44th minute of play. Hüseyin Cahit Gökkuşağı kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. If Teodoro Stiles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Darin Beam made a kick off. When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Darin Beam sped through Korkuteli's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ali Behzat Umur. In the 55th minute, Korkuteli's Ahmet İlke Babürşah ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mel Avila. Mel Avila yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mustafa Barış İlkin in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mel Avila saved Sport Club Corinthians from getting behind. Mel Avila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Barış İlkin in the 71st minute of the match. When Bektaş Ali Yorgun fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Korkuteli's protests and gave Bektaş Ali Yorgun a yellow card for diving instead. In the 76th minute, Bektaş Ali Yorgun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Darin Beam's late challenge caught a Korkuteli's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Darin Beam helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Sport Club Corinthians getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Darin Beam hit a great ball. In the 84th match minute, Korkuteli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet İlke Babürşah to maneuver through the defense. Teodoro Stiles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Ali Behzat Umur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Sport Club Corinthians's Darin Beam in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
