Ed Pierce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Barış İlkin in the 16th minute of play. Paşa Devan charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Ali Behzat Umur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The supporters of Korkuteli booed when Beechbrook FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Max Capps didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joe Cowan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute, Çakır Kotuzhan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emmitt Robison fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Behzat Umur having to interfere. Korkuteli's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Beechbrook FC the free kick. When Joe Cowan came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Beechbrook FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joe Cowan couldn't finish the play. After 68 played minutes Korkuteli got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet İlke Babürşah. Emmitt Robison fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Behzat Umur having to interfere. Bektaş Ali Yorgun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
