Horácio Larreta went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 16thth minute of the game Lv Xiao Zhi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Red Chicken Football's Diego Alves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lv Xiao Zhi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Diego Alves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lv Xiao Zhi in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Diego Alves prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Roncourt's Mounir Perry proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Roncourt from getting a goal against them. In the 44th minute Cássio Segundo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mounir Perry saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 45 played minutes Roncourt got a freekick which was hit by Cleto Pomelov. J.P. Kapar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Diego Alves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Red Chicken Football's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Roncourt the free kick. In the 52nd minute Lv Xiao Zhi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Alves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 57 played minutes Red Chicken Football got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Segundo. Cris Fenomeno kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. A hard shot by Horácio Larreta from long distance, 61 minutes into the match, got Diego Alves's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Diego Alves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Léon Cailleaux in the 69th minute. Mounir Perry took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cássio Segundo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when J.P. Kapar got free with Diego Alves in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Léon Cailleaux in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Diego Alves prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
