Abram Luque hit a great ball. 38 minutes in the game 武鹰渊 did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Ismael Barreto. Ricardo Zorita made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when 顾笑源 sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joaquín Vásquez in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ricardo Zorita saved El Salvador from getting behind. Los Payasitos were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after El Salvador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joaquín Vásquez took the corner. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when 顾笑源 made the kick off in the second half. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 顾笑源, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 52nd minute Ismael Barreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Moises Fernandino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marco Tamayo kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. 92 minutes into the game, 巩明星 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Ricardo Zorita was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Los Payasitos fully deserved thier win.
