Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Maximino Errapel kicked off to start the match. Bruno Barrett made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emanuel Gigliotti in the 2nd minute. Maximino Errapel who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 5thth minute tested the skills of Bruno Barrett when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 6th minute, Tolek Wojno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 11th minute Emanuel Gigliotti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximino Errapel got free with Bruno Barrett in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 16 minutes into the match, Curacao's goal looked a bit too open when Maximino Errapel came free, but Bruno Barrett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emanuel Gigliotti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Bruno Barrett made a huge save. Bruno Barrett made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Emanuel Gigliotti sent off a good shot on target. 24 minutes into the match, Vladimiro Oriche had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vladimiro Oriche was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Maximino Errapel put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Bruno Barrett. The Saint Etienne FC fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Saint Etienne FC's Maximino Errapel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a little luck, Curacao's Bruno Barrett got control of the ball when Maximino Errapel tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 42nd minute Vladimiro Oriche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saint Etienne FC's Flavio Valery got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 45 minutes into the game, Rocco Owen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Curacao's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Saint Etienne FC the free kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kyle Davies stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Enaut in the 51st minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 53 played minutes Curacao got a freekick which was hit by Harvey Doyle. 56 minutes into the game, Flavio Valery cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Bruno Barrett was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 60th minute, Maximino Errapel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Saint Etienne FC's Inocencio Urko was substituted for Vladimiro Oriche. 70 minutes into the game, Tolek Wojno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Bruno Barrett was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Saint Etienne FC's Rodrigo Otoniel was substituted for Angelo Enaut. After 78 played minutes Saint Etienne FC got a freekick which was hit by Inocencio Urko. After 80 played minutes Curacao got a freekick which was hit by Rocco Owen. When Saint Etienne FC's Maximino Errapel in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Curacao's goalie prevented a goal. After 82 minutes, Harvey Doyle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Curacao and the Saint Etienne FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 82nd match minute, Curacao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harvey Doyle to maneuver through the defense. Inocencio Urko took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Gigliotti in the 91st minute of play. There was no doubt that Saint Etienne FC were the better team. Saint Etienne FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
