The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonathan Alphonse was the one to do the kick off. After 55 minutes of play Haiti's Ernso Constant was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 55 played minutes Haiti got a freekick which was hit by Ernso Constant. But to his dismay, Rômulo Romero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. 83 minutes into the match, Dida Batista notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Haiti's Noel Seide. Noel Seide was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
