Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Francisco Seco got the match started through his kick off. Roy Abrahamsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Joaquin Gayoso made a huge save. After 6 minutes, Niclas Kielberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sundborn IF and the Uruguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 6 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sundborn IF! After a rather tough play, Sundborn IF's Niclas Kielberg got a free kick in the 11th minute. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stellan Wallmark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Sundborn IF getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Jarl Axelsson hit a great ball. In the 22nd match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevin Carballal to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute, Stellan Wallmark reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Joaquin Gayoso. The goal made the score 2-1. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stellan Wallmark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Sundborn IF getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Felix Arenstedt hit a great ball. 32 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Stellan Wallmark came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute Stellan Wallmark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Stellan Wallmark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stellan Wallmark made a kick off. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stellan Wallmark in the 52nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stellan Wallmark in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquin Gayoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hugo Sikström made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Maximiliano Escribano sent off a good shot on target. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sundborn IF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jaime Cazalla was slow to take the kick. During this time Uruguay's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Alberto Gisbert got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hugo Sikström quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 63rd minute Stellan Wallmark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stellan Wallmark sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximiliano Escribano to maneuver through the defense. Sundborn IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberto Gisbert was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Sundborn IF's Börje Åkesson was substituted for Roy Abrahamsson. Sundborn IF made a substitution. Mohamed Salah replaced Stellan Wallmark. An unexpectedly hard shot by Börje Åkesson in the 85th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno Beldad hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute, Börje Åkesson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Sundborn IF getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Börje Åkesson hit a great ball. When Sundborn IF's Börje Åkesson in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uruguay's goalie prevented a goal.
