During this time Zgierskie Zlewy's players had a chance to rest. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Zgierskie Zlewy's Karol Ruszkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 52nd minute of play. Robert Doicaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mexico's Joel Gaona got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zgierskie Zlewy's Barnaba Bazylnikov was substituted for Robert Doicaru. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Hadi Özilhan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. Barnaba Bazylnikov ran back to his position shaking his head. Leonardo Leoz's late challenge caught a Zgierskie Zlewy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonardo Leoz helped the player get up and apologised. 95 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Barnaba Bazylnikov came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Mexico players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Zgierskie Zlewy from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
