Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kim Lekberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kim Lekberg in the 3rd minute of play. The supporters of Mexico booed when Club Atletico Los Andes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casper Martinsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dochko Rodev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dochko Rodev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Mexico's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atletico Los Andes the free kick.
