Robert Scigan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stanley Wallace, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Robert Scigan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kyle Davies in the 5th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucjan Pisarczyk got free with Bruno Barrett in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 13 minutes into the match, Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stefan Lato. Zenon Rzeszutek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Bruno Barrett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucjan Pisarczyk scored 1-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Barrett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Curacao getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Kyle Davies hit a great ball. 26 minutes into the game, Bertie Johnson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Curacao's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mrocezenko SSA the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 25th minute of the game. One of Curacao:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Mrocezenko SSA:s goal. In the 34th minute, Stefan Lato made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After 40 played minutes Curacao got a freekick which was hit by Stanley Wallace. Zenon Rzeszutek kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stefan Lato to make the kick off. Lucjan Pisarczyk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 55 minutes, Leon Dombrowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mrocezenko SSA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leon Dombrowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Stefan Trzenzalski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 64 minutes, Zenon Rzeszutek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mrocezenko SSA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zenon Rzeszutek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 68 minutes into the match, Lucjan Pisarczyk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucjan Pisarczyk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. After a rather tough play, Mrocezenko SSA's Lucjan Pisarczyk got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 79th minute, Harvey Doyle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 82nd match minute, Curacao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Troy Kennedy to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Trzenzalski in the 92nd minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Mrocezenko SSA fully deserved thier win.
