If Lauro Moreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lauro Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Miguel Miralles kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. If Lauro Moreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lauro Moreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Club Atletico Chusca's Lauro Moreira slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcos Cotilla. That made the score 1-0 after 25 minutes of play. Serafin Eate showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 30th minute of the match. When Club Atletico Chusca's Lauro Moreira in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Panama's goalie prevented a goal. A sloppy throw-in by Jose Carita in the 37th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Club Atletico Chusca's Richie Craig. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lauro Moreira in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcos Cotilla saved Panama from getting behind. Serafin Eate took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lauro Moreira in the 54th minute of play. Club Atletico Chusca's Serafin Eate proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Club Atletico Chusca from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abraham Alguacil got free with Serafin Eate in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lauro Moreira in the 58th minute of play. Miguel Miralles hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Matthew Garrido during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 64th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matthew Garrido to maneuver through the defense. In the 74thth minute of the game Lauro Moreira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Panama's Marcos Cotilla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Chusca's Lauro Moreira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcos Cotilla narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The throw-in from Felipe Ros in the 84th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Club Atletico Chusca's Neno Lehchanski. Abraham Alguacil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Serafin Eate made a huge save. In the 87th minute Panama were awarded a corner. Abraham Alguacil went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Abraham Alguacil almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Club Atletico Chusca's Serafin Eate did a great save. Serafin Eate made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 89th minute. With a little luck, Club Atletico Chusca's Serafin Eate got control of the ball when Isidoro Sarmiento tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Panama's zone, Lauro Moreira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal and Lauro Moreira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Panama players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Club Atletico Chusca.
