With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Club Atletico Juanita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benigno Lopes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 17 minutes, Epifanio Orlan made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Club Atletico Juanita's Silverio Gorka quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alex Chicote, made in the 22nd minute of the game. Epifanio Orlan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Epifanio Orlan came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert got a free kick in the 34th minute. 38 minutes in the game Salvador Gisbert did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Patricio Costa. In the 43rd minute of the match Club Atletico Juanita got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Benigno Lopes ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Benigno Lopes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 45th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. Epifanio Orlan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. 54 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Juanita's goalkeeper Petrică Ştefoi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. Silverio Gorka's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silverio Gorka helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Club Atletico Juanita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silverio Gorka didn't get a good kick on the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Juanita's Epifanio Orlan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 59th minute, Epifanio Orlan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alex Chicote made in the 61st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Jose Correa however managed to control. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atletico Juanita's Epifanio Orlan. But to his dismay, Epifanio Orlan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 69th minute, Cristian Cordeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 77 minutes into the game, Salvador Gisbert threw the ball into play from the sideline. Club Atletico Juanita's Silverio Gorka quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Epifanio Orlan struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atletico Juanita. Epifanio Orlan might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Epifanio Orlan ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 88th minute, Tomas Illescas made a precise shot to the right of Petrică Ştefoi. Club Atletico Juanita's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. In the 95th minute Epifanio Orlan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Atletico Juanita's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
