Roman Iza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanley Wallace in the 3rd minute of play. In the 7th minute, Oscar Iyan made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. If Oscar Iyan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 14 minutes into the game, Jordan Porter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Curacao's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rio Gallegos Unidos the free kick. The supporters of Rio Gallegos Unidos booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jordan Porter didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Rio Gallegos Unidos's zone, Kyle Davies stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roman Iza came out of the goal and Kyle Davies tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18th minute Oscar Iyan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Iyan in the 22nd minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stanley Wallace fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Iza having to interfere. With a little luck, Curacao's Bruno Barrett got control of the ball when Paulino Mancio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Oscar Iyan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Iyan in the 29th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Oscar Iyan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rio Gallegos Unidos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Paulino Mancio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bruno Barrett didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paulino Mancio went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. 44 minutes into the game, Oscar Iyan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bruno Barrett. Oscar Iyan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kyle Davies stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Oscar Iyan came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Rio Gallegos Unidos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oscar Iyan couldn't finish the play. In the 57th minute Oscar Iyan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bertie Johnson's late challenge caught a Rio Gallegos Unidos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bertie Johnson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 58th match minute, Curacao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bertie Johnson to maneuver through the defense. Paulino Mancio struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Bruno Barrett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rio Gallegos Unidos. In the 63rd minute, Paulino Mancio made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Kyle Davies struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Roman Iza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Curacao. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilio Nuno in the 69th minute of the match. 8-0 became the score in the 69th minute when Emilio Nuno elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. A collision led to Rio Gallegos Unidos getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Emilio Nuno hit a great ball. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmelo Soter in the 80th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emilio Nuno in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Barrett saved Curacao from getting behind. After having played for 87 minutes, LeBron James managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rio Gallegos Unidos's supporters crossed their fingers, but LeBron James was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 10-0 when Oscar Iyan sped through Curacao's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. 95 minutes into the match, Curacao's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Nuno came free, but Bruno Barrett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Rio Gallegos Unidos players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
