If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The corner led Vila's Kristjan Jaani to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 22ndth minute of the game Rauno Koba who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 23rd minute of play forced Vila's goalkeeper Koit Vaikma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Rauno Koba's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Georg Oher sent off a good shot on target. In the 47th minute, Rauno Koba reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 6-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rauno Koba made a kick off. In the 59thth minute of the game Rauno Koba who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Rauno Koba came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vila's Bert Anderson was substituted for Durvalino Vinhas. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vila's Koit Vaikma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 78th minute of play. 83 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lin Jun Xuan was slow to take the kick. During this time Vila's players had a chance to rest. 85 minutes into the match, Vila's Dido Gorolomov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A sloppy throw-in by Kristjan Jaani in the 89th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Venezuela's Jose Correa. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dido Gorolomov, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Dido Gorolomov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Dido Gorolomov came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Vila fans jumped to their feet. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Vila fully deserved thier win.
