The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Randkleve getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Frands Byel hit a great ball. Lucjan Sedzikowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 12th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the game, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lucjan Sedzikowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Alberto Tafalla hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Unndór Takeris, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After 31 played minutes Randkleve got a freekick which was hit by Frands Byel. 34 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Unndór Takeris. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Unndór Takeris in the 34th minute. 35 minutes into the match, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucjan Sedzikowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lorenzo Cazalla kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 40th minute of the match Dragolyub Pastirov shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dante Lacasa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Liu Hui Qi in the 42nd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 44 minutes of play, Randkleve's Liu Hui Qi made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dante Lacasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 55th minute of play forced Randkleve's goalkeeper Lucjan Sedzikowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Mexico's zone, Shi Xiang Zhi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal and Shi Xiang Zhi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 65 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Liu Hui Qi came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 66 minutes, Alberto Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Tafalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shi Xiang Zhi, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Randkleve's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Lucjan Sedzikowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Mexico would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
