With a little luck, Leões do Sul 53's Leandro Custódio got control of the ball when Polo Quinteros tried to sneak it across the goal line. The corner ended in Ezequiel Marques almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Leões do Sul 53's Leandro Custódio did a great save. 15 minutes into the match, San Fernando Eagles's Polo Quinteros sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leandro Custódio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Leandro Custódio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Polo Quinteros, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. San Fernando Eagles's Bartolo Salvator played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guto Kleber in the 22nd minute of play. When Leões do Sul 53's Guto Kleber in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Polo Quinteros scored 1-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leandro Custódio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 37 minutes into the match, Guto Kleber notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of San Fernando Eagles's Bartolo Salvator. Bartolo Salvator was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Leões do Sul 53 getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Kraig Sandoval hit a great ball. When Guto Kleber came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Leões do Sul 53 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guto Kleber couldn't finish the play. 44 minutes into the game, Polo Quinteros recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leandro Custódio. Polo Quinteros showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guto Kleber in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bartolo Salvator prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Christiano Barreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Guto Kleber stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bartolo Salvator made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Guto Kleber sent off a good shot on target. 56 minutes into the game, San Fernando Eagles's Polo Quinteros nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leandro Custódio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Bartolo Salvator showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kraig Sandoval in the 59th minute of the match. San Fernando Eagles's Bartolo Salvator played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guto Kleber in the 64th minute of play. When Leões do Sul 53's Kraig Sandoval in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. San Fernando Eagles's Vicente Sol was substituted for Vlad Enceanu. After some careless play in the Leões do Sul 53 defense, Vicente Sol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leandro Custódio. The Leões do Sul 53 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leandro Custódio should have stopped the shot. Bartolo Salvator showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guto Kleber in the 81st minute of the match. In the 83rd minute of the match Leões do Sul 53 got a corner. San Fernando Eagles's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Guto Kleber ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Guto Kleber got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bartolo Salvator quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Leões do Sul 53's Leandro Custódio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Sol in the 90th minute of play. Leandro Custódio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Polo Quinteros in the 97th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The San Fernando Eagles fans cheered their team off the field, for while Leões do Sul 53 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
