Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nils Neufeld's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Joaquin Gayoso firmly grabbed it by the left post. When Bircan Onay fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Otten's protests and gave Bircan Onay a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to SC Otten getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Bircan Onay hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, SC Otten's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Seco came free, but Cícero Proença reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cícero Proença showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Gisbert, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Joaquin Gayoso successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 34 minutes into the match, SC Otten's Petruț Măliță sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joaquin Gayoso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 34thth minute of the game Nils Neufeld who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 37 minutes, Joaquin Gayoso successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Joaquin Gayoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nils Neufeld in the 41st minute. Norman Ackermann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Joaquin Gayoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The Uruguay fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when Uruguay's Francisco Seco looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 76 minutes into the game, Gunnar Halleck cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Joaquin Gayoso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 80 minutes into the match, SC Otten's Gunnar Halleck sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joaquin Gayoso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 84thth minute of the game Gunnar Halleck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bircan Onay in the 93rd minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, Gunnar Halleck notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. For all the effort they put into the match, the Uruguay players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SC Otten.
