Cyryl Gotfryd scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jiang Lei, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kenn Kuberg made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Moreno Martins sent off a good shot on target. In the 14th match minute, Skellerup FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Indiana Jones to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mohieddine Ayari in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kenn Kuberg saved Skellerup FC from getting behind. In the last second Kenn Kuberg throw himself and got hold of the ball when Mohieddine Ayari in the 15thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After a defensive mix-up in CERRO PORTEÑO's zone, Indiana Jones stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jiang Lei came out of the goal and Indiana Jones tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Skellerup FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Tiberiu Ruşdea hit a great ball. Cyryl Gotfryd recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the CERRO PORTEÑO defense, Cyryl Gotfryd kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jiang Lei. The CERRO PORTEÑO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jiang Lei should have stopped the shot. CERRO PORTEÑO's Alan Paredes was substituted for 王树帆. 35 minutes into the match, Skellerup FC's Cyryl Gotfryd sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jiang Lei narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jiang Lei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cyryl Gotfryd, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47thth minute of the game Mohieddine Ayari who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Skellerup FC's Kenn Kuberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Mohieddine Ayari put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Kenn Kuberg.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cyryl Gotfryd was the one to do the kick off. Skellerup FC's Cyryl Gotfryd got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of CERRO PORTEÑO booed when Skellerup FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiberiu Ruşdea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Skellerup FC made a substitution. Stefan-Benjamin Hula replaced Cyryl Gotfryd. After a rather tough play, Skellerup FC's Tiberiu Ruşdea got a free kick in the 72nd minute. With a little luck, CERRO PORTEÑO's Jiang Lei got control of the ball when Stefan-Benjamin Hula tried to sneak it across the goal line. Skellerup FC played a much better game than CERRO PORTEÑO and deserved their victory. The CERRO PORTEÑO players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
