In the 3rd minute, Holy Cross Mountains's Hugon Budacz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Aleixo in the 8th minute of play forced Holy Cross Mountains's goalkeeper Guy Davis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geraldo Vilar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Horea Decuseară in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute Emanuel Stroescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geraldo Vilar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, Pedro Shields ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Geraldo Vilar was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 18th minute, Holy Cross Mountains's Emanuel Stroescu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Geraldo Vilar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horea Decuseară in the 21st minute of play. Geraldo Vilar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Stroescu in the 24th minute of play. Pedro Shields could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Geraldo Vilar made a huge save. Geraldo Vilar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Stroescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. F.C. Valinor's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Pedro Shields scored to the left of an out of position Geraldo Vilar, making the score, 4-0. Geraldo Vilar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Reynaldo Mede showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-0 in the 36 minute of play. F.C. Valinor were furious when Mariano Gueifão was red carded, 40 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Mariano Gueifão kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Geraldo Vilar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Booth in the 45th minute of the match. Geraldo Vilar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horea Decuseară in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pedro Aleixo was the one to do the kick off. Pedro Shields fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geraldo Vilar having to interfere. 54 minutes into the match, Emanuel Stroescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Geraldo Vilar. F.C. Valinor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emanuel Stroescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. F.C. Valinor's Geraldo Vilar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horea Decuseară in the 61st minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, F.C. Valinor's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Stroescu came free, but Geraldo Vilar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geraldo Vilar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Stroescu in the 64th minute of play. Hugon Budacz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Geraldo Vilar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute Horea Decuseară shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geraldo Vilar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 70 minutes of play, Holy Cross Mountains's 柯翔峰 made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Geraldo Vilar was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by 柯翔峰 in the 74th minute of play forced F.C. Valinor's goalkeeper Geraldo Vilar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geraldo Vilar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horea Decuseară, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Geraldo Vilar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horea Decuseară, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geraldo Vilar came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Holy Cross Mountains's 柯翔峰. But to his dismay, 柯翔峰 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. In the 87th minute, Horea Decuseară made a precise shot to the right of Geraldo Vilar. F.C. Valinor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. Geraldo Vilar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Steadman in the 93rd minute of the match. Hugon Budacz took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Geraldo Vilar. Geraldo Vilar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. When the referee ended the match the Holy Cross Mountains players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
