With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iwo Domarecki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luís Guilherme Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octavian Nicolescu in the 11th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Spartan FC Mogilany's zone, Eusébio Barros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iwo Domarecki came out of the goal and Eusébio Barros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by BRASIL.Sp's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Leroy Parkinson was slow to take the kick. During this time Spartan FC Mogilany's players had a chance to rest. Spartan FC Mogilany's Leroy Parkinson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Luís Guilherme Marques in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Iwo Domarecki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Spartan FC Mogilany's Octavian Nicolescu got a free kick in the 27th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Eusébio Barros managed to get in a good position for a shot. BRASIL.Sp's supporters rose to their feet, but Eusébio Barros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
