In the 39th minute, Diogo Martins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Diogo Martins to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Spartan FC Mogilany's zone, Ladislao Salvidor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iwo Domarecki came out of the goal and Ladislao Salvidor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Brown Puerto Madryn's Rodrigo De Paul was substituted for Pál Dömötör. Brown Puerto Madryn's Gerd Treial was substituted for Ladislao Salvidor. A collision led to Brown Puerto Madryn getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Rodrigo De Paul hit a great ball. 91 minutes into the match, Octavian Nicolescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Flavio Pirro. Brown Puerto Madryn's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Octavian Nicolescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. For all the effort they put into the match, the Brown Puerto Madryn players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Spartan FC Mogilany.
