The audience thought a goal was coming when Dorinel Munteanu got free with Tony Arruda in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Necati Temizalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Arruda having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Westbam.
