The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 29 minutes, Fedele Causio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A Veces Menos Es Mas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fedele Causio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zacharias Iosifakis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adrian Chioreanu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, AC米兰's 何威庭 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Genílson Loyola narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 63rd minute, one of AC米兰:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for AC米兰. AC米兰:s Adrian Chioreanu showed great skill when he stopped Toño Saura:s penalty. The supporters of A Veces Menos Es Mas booed when AC米兰 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hu Yong didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a left leg Adrian Chioreanu saved AC米兰 from getting behind. In the 86th minute of the match A Veces Menos Es Mas got a corner. AC米兰's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Toño Saura ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jacobo Winograd was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 87th play minute Gonzalo Mogel came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Adrian Chioreanu. 0-4. Adrian Chioreanu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gonzalo Mogel in the 91st minute. Hu Yong's late challenge caught a A Veces Menos Es Mas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
