Wilfried Henselmans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldemar Frænkel in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by Osdorp FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joseph Edman was slow to take the kick. During this time 12 Monkeys's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on 12 Monkeys's corner Joseph Edman fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Wilfried Henselmans quite easily take care of the ball. After a rather tough play, 12 Monkeys's Balder Buurskov got a free kick in the 15th minute. Wang Chao Jun came free with the goalkeeper in the 17th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Yoto Boshikyov could save by the left post. 18 minutes into the match, 12 Monkeys's goal looked a bit too open when Wang Chao Jun came free, but Yoto Boshikyov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yoto Boshikyov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wang Chao Jun in the 20th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wang Chao Jun got free with Yoto Boshikyov in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 31st minute Isaias Frutos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilfried Henselmans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute, Maarten Grol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yoto Boshikyov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wang Chao Jun in the 38th minute. 41 minutes into the match, 12 Monkeys's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Porro came free, but Yoto Boshikyov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wang Chao Jun struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Yoto Boshikyov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Osdorp FC.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wang Chao Jun to make the kick off. It was a well-played corner which Pedro Porro managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jack de Koning in the 72nd minute of play forced 12 Monkeys's goalkeeper Yoto Boshikyov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yoto Boshikyov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Porro in the 73rd minute of the match. The supporters of Osdorp FC booed when 12 Monkeys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franz Karms didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yoto Boshikyov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 95th match minute, 12 Monkeys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliciano Tajo to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the Osdorp FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
