With a little luck, 12 Monkeys's Yoto Boshikyov got control of the ball when Ildefonso Piarres tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Juventus Telford getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Boruc Spychalski hit a great ball. Yoto Boshikyov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cälal Elxanov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the game, Boruc Spychalski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Yoto Boshikyov. Boruc Spychalski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Yoto Boshikyov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Liamthaisong in the 27th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, José Liamthaisong got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Juventus Telford booed when 12 Monkeys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kristoffer Kildeskov didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st match minute, Juventus Telford was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ildefonso Piarres to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Juventus Telford's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Liamthaisong was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Waldemar Frænkel in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luizinho Paranaense saved Juventus Telford from getting behind. 12 Monkeys's Yoto Boshikyov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cälal Elxanov in the 64th minute of play. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by 12 Monkeys's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. José Liamthaisong was slow to take the kick. During this time Juventus Telford's players had a chance to rest. Juventus Telford's José Liamthaisong was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Yoto Boshikyov in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 87 minutes of play, Juventus Telford's Cälal Elxanov made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yoto Boshikyov was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luizinho Paranaense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joseph Edman in the 90th minute of play. Yoto Boshikyov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cälal Elxanov in the 92nd minute of the match. If Joseph Edman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
