Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rene Aires might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andres Lastur. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rene Aires ran back to his position shaking his head. Andres Lastur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Aires in the 35th minute of play. Loco De Remate's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Leandro Virila in the 36th minute. With a little luck, Loco De Remate's Walmir Catarinense got control of the ball when Martin Jax tried to sneak it across the goal line. Walmir Catarinense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Jax, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Leandro Virila got a throw-in 42 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Rene Aires.
