C.A.Independiente's Nereo Frederico quite brazenly broke a throw-in by German Naelio, made in the 17th minute of the game. Stanislovas Miškinis kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. The supporters of Dionisia booed when C.A.Independiente was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Ipar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nereo Frederico might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Serafim Eanes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nereo Frederico ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Tom Misaki's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Serafim Eanes was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. The throw-in from German Naelio in the 37th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by C.A.Independiente's Øyvind Rovik. 38 minutes into the match, Dionisia's goal looked a bit too open when Øyvind Rovik came free, but Serafim Eanes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to C.A.Independiente getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Nereo Frederico hit a great ball. After 45 played minutes, Dionisia's Lucio Garoa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Buford Lim came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Dionisia reached it. Fabian Ipar kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. If Lucio Garoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jimeno Dalmai to strike the kick off in the second half. Buford Lim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimeno Dalmai, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Dionisia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lucio Garoa in the 56th minute. Dionisia made a substitution. Arnaldo Beturian replaced Jimeno Dalmai. After taking down the ball on C.A.Independiente's corner Gavril Bosioc fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Serafim Eanes quite easily take care of the ball. Buford Lim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peng Sha Yang, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 65th minute Peng Sha Yang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Buford Lim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Arnaldo Beturian came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Dionisia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnaldo Beturian couldn't finish the play. Tom Misaki hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Serafim Eanes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Heigo Luiga's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. C.A.Independiente's Ambrosio Ovando was substituted for Jaroslaw Psikuta. C.A.Independiente's Quentin Holman was substituted for Gavril Bosioc. Arnaldo Beturian scored 1-1 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Buford Lim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. C.A.Independiente made a substitution. Justino Confesor replaced Heigo Luiga. When C.A.Independiente's Tom Misaki in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dionisia's goalie prevented a goal. Dionisia were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
