Buford Lim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Utopía Muerta FC booed when C.A.Independiente was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ambrosio Ovando didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tom Misaki to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Utopía Muerta FC's Radoslaw Klocko got a free kick in the 51st minute. C.A.Independiente's Buford Lim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arkadiusz Piatek in the 53rd minute of play. Utopía Muerta FC's Arkadiusz Piatek got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Utopía Muerta FC's Ildefonso Abalos was substituted for Prudencio Ubelteso. Buford Lim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severo Bermudo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 65 minutes into the match, C.A.Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Severo Bermudo came free, but Buford Lim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, Braulio Hibai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Mano Hume was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Heigo Luiga showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 87 minute of play. C.A.Independiente's Justino Confesor was substituted for Heigo Luiga. Alp Kaya hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Utopía Muerta FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
